How to order?
1. Tell us the model and the quantities you would like to order and your destination.
2. We will reply to your enquiry and an email for confirmation, after which we will issue a proforma invoice to you.
3. Checking PI and confirm it for us, we will arrange the production ASAP when payment received.
4. We will take photos for you to confirm and deliver the goods soon.
5. Send the tracking number for you and track the goods for you until you get it.
Remark
1. Payment term: 50% non-refundable down payment by T/T upon confirmation of order, balance 50% paid before loading.
2. Lead time: Sample is within 3 days after payment confirm, bulk production is 25 days after confirming the order and collecting the down payment.
3. Price Vaildity: 30days from quotation date and subject to non significant fluctuation of exchange rate.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipment methods: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, Air express, etc.
2. Delivery time: 3~10days for shipping (depending on the destination country).

1. The e cigarette has 12 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
2 .All the products are strictly checked before packing,ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3. In case any defective occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order.In case the defective is over 1%,all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4. Buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and seller is responsible for the shipping of resenting replacements.
