After Sales Service
1. Our e-cigarettes come with a 12-month warranty from shipment, excluding human-induced damage.
2. Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks before packing, ensuring a defect rate of less than 1%.
3. Should any defects arise during transportation or due to improper use, rest assured that we will provide replacements in your subsequent order. If the defect rate exceeds 1%, all defective products must be returned for replacement.
4. The buyer is accountable for the shipping costs of returning items, while the seller will cover the shipping charges for sending out replacements.
